Enjoyed the lovely pool area and beautiful grounds. Unfortunately, the bed was not the most comfortable.

Fairly clean and simple place, has pleasant views of the garden. It has particularly good and perfect setting right across the street from the new terminal. Moreover, it is right by Very close to the bus station, and Roberto Barrios waterfalls.

Well-maintained grounds with beautiful tropical plants.
The hotel felt rather outdated and lacked vibrancy compared to nearby accommodations. Our room had a balcony, but there were no chairs to sit on, disappointing when traveling with a toddler. The beds were small.

Neat room and good bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The plastic furniture and good beds.

Had nice experience, overall absolutely great and little place.
Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was great and ideal and just next door to the more distant Mayan sites of Bonampak and Yaxchilan, another restaurant, and the many shops. The staff were amiable and accommodating, overall. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectation.

The pool was a refreshing escape after a
Long day of exploring the nearby ruins. The hotel's proximity to the ADO bus terminal made arrivals and departures convenient. Our room was clean and equipped with everything needed, although the Wi-Fi could use some improvements for a smoother experience.

The hotel was run down and very bad We had to change rooms 3 times The first 2 rooms they showed us smelt mouldy and there was damp on the ceiling As an asthma sufferer this is unacceptable The finak room we were shown was notbdamp but smelt of bad eggs as it was close to the kitchen and the smells were drawn in by the airconditioning It definately was not good value for money and we paid a discount price from your site I would have been really unhappy if inpaid the going rate. The staff were really unhelpful and did not understand even one word of english We have been travelling round mexico for almost 4 weeks and this was our most expensive hotel and the worst we stayed in We thought we were in for a treat as it was best western but all I can say is it was the worst western .

The stay was pleasant over all. I liked that it was in the center of the city. The hotel was clean as well as the room.
I didn't get a warm welcome in the front desk. The wifi was not that good. I couldn't use my sd memory cards on the computers in the main lobby.

I had such a nice time here, especially when the staff promptly moved me to a better room when the AC went out. The pool and garden area are fantastic spots to unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the breakfast options could be a bit more varied, but it didn't take away from my enjoyment at all 🌴

Solo traveler recommendation
I loved the comfortable beds and the substantial amenities offered. The pool area was clean and provided a true escape after those long days of wandering. Plus, just across the street from transport, makes it super easy to plan day trips.
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but given the comfort, I found it acceptable.
